My captures are black or empty — how do I grant Screen Recording permission?

SnapDays uses macOS's Screen Recording permission to capture your screen. macOS asks for it on your first capture. If you declined it or captures come out black:

1. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording
2. Turn on SnapDays
3. Quit and relaunch SnapDays

Which macOS versions are supported?

SnapDays requires macOS 26 (Tahoe) or later. It cannot run on earlier versions. You can check your version from menu → About This Mac.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. On a new Mac or after reinstalling, open SnapDays → Settings → Pro tab and click Restore Purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro.

Where are my screenshots saved?

By default, every capture lands silently in ~/Pictures/SnapDays/, auto-numbered. Folder tabs in the gallery map to subfolders inside it, so you can also browse everything directly in Finder.

撮影結果が真っ黒／空になる — 画面収録の許可はどう出す？

SnapDays は画面の撮影に macOS の「画面収録」権限を使います。初回撮影時に macOS が 許可を求めますが、拒否した場合や真っ黒な画像になる場合は次の手順で許可してください:

1. システム設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 画面とシステムオーディオの収録 を開く
2. SnapDays をオンにする
3. SnapDays を終了して再起動する

対応している macOS のバージョンは？

SnapDays は macOS 26 (Tahoe) 以降が必要です。それより前のバージョンでは 動作しません。お使いのバージョンは メニュー → このMacについて で確認できます。

Pro の購入を復元するには？

Pro は Apple アカウントに紐づく買い切り購入です。新しい Mac や再インストール後は、 SnapDays → 設定 → Pro タブ の 「購入を復元」を クリックしてください。購入時と同じ Apple アカウントで App Store にサインインしている 必要があります。

スクリーンショットの保存先はどこ？

初期設定では、撮影したスクリーンショットはすべて ~/ピクチャ/SnapDays/ （~/Pictures/SnapDays/）に連番で自動保存されます。ギャラリーのフォルダタブは この中のサブフォルダに対応しており、Finder からも直接閲覧できます。
